Terms of Service

1. What the Site Provides

The Site provides information about Athletes of Life programs and services, which may include:

• Homeschool soccer training;
• private and small-group soccer training;
• College Pathway recruiting advisory services;
• educational content, mentorship, workshops, and community experiences;
• interest, trial, contact, and Fit Call request forms;
• information about the Athletes of Life app or other private digital experiences.

Information on the Site is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. Availability, eligibility, schedules, locations, pricing, capacity, and program features may change.

2. Program Agreements Control

Submitting a form, requesting a trial, scheduling a Fit Call, joining a waitlist, or communicating with Athletes of Life does not by itself enroll an athlete, reserve a place, create an advisory relationship, or require Athletes of Life to accept a participant.

Participation in a paid or in-person program may require separate documents, including a program agreement, payment authorization, waiver, medical authorization, parent or guardian consent, athlete acknowledgment, media choice, or other program-specific terms.

If these Terms conflict with a signed program-specific agreement, the signed program-specific agreement controls for that program and conflict.

3. Eligibility and Minor Users

The Site is intended primarily for athletes and their families. Some programs involve minors.

• A minor should use forms, scheduling tools, messaging features, and private program services with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
• A person submitting information about a minor represents that they are authorized to provide that information.
• Users under 13 may not independently submit personal information, create an account, or access an interactive service unless Athletes of Life has implemented the required parental notice and consent process.
• Athletes of Life may request age, identity, or parental-authority verification when reasonably necessary for safety, privacy, or legal compliance.

4. No Scholarship, Admission, or Roster Guarantee

Athletes of Life may help athletes and families understand recruiting, organize information, prepare materials, research opportunities, improve communication, and make informed decisions.

Recruiting and admission decisions are made by independent colleges, universities, teams, coaches, governing organizations, and other third parties.

5. No Professional Advice

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, information on the Site is not legal, medical, mental-health, nutritional, financial, immigration, academic-admissions, or eligibility advice.

Families should consult appropriately licensed or qualified professionals for decisions requiring professional advice. Athletes of Life may provide referrals or identify independent professionals, but their services are separate unless expressly included in writing.

6. Information You Submit

You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and reasonably complete. You must not submit:

• information you do not have the right or authority to provide;
• false academic, athletic, recruiting, identity, or payment information;
• another person's private information without permission;
• unlawful, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, or malicious material;
• files containing malware or code intended to interfere with the Site.

Submitting a form authorizes Athletes of Life to use the information to respond to the request, evaluate program fit, administer the requested interaction, maintain appropriate business records, and communicate as described in the applicable form and Privacy Policy.

Marketing messages by email or text require the consent applicable to that channel. Transactional or requested communications may still be sent when necessary to respond to you or administer a service.

7. Scheduling and Third-Party Tools

The Site may use third-party scheduling, payment, video-meeting, map, email, analytics, hosting, or communication services. For example, a scheduling experience may be provided through Calendly.

Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices. Athletes of Life is not responsible for a third party's independent acts, systems, availability, or policies.

A scheduled call is not confirmed until the scheduling provider or Athletes of Life sends confirmation. Athletes of Life may reasonably reschedule or cancel a call when necessary.

8. Payments and Refunds

The public Site may display prices or payment options. Displaying a price does not guarantee availability or acceptance into a program.

Payments, installment obligations, renewal, cancellation, credits, pauses, missed sessions, refunds, chargebacks, and termination are governed by the applicable written program agreement and checkout terms presented before purchase.

Unless a transaction page expressly states otherwise, no payment is collected merely by submitting an interest, trial, contact, or Fit Call form.

9. Trials, Assessments, and Fit Calls

A free trial, assessment, or Fit Call is intended to help the family and Athletes of Life understand the athlete's goals, needs, timing, and potential next step.

• A trial or call does not guarantee acceptance, placement, availability, or results.
• A parent or guardian should participate when requested or when the athlete is a minor.
• Any physical participation may require completed safety documents before the activity begins.
• Athletes of Life may decline or stop an activity when safety, readiness, conduct, capacity, or program fit presents a concern.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, or harmful purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, records, systems, forms, or administrative functions;
• scrape, harvest, copy, or collect user information without authorization;
• interfere with Site operation, security, performance, or availability;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with a school, club, coach, athlete, or organization;
• upload malware or attempt to test vulnerabilities without written permission;
• use Site content to harass, recruit, exploit, or contact minors improperly;
• reproduce or commercially exploit Site materials except as permitted by law or written authorization.

Use of any Athletes of Life community feature is also subject to the Community Guidelines.

11. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content—including brand names, logos, graphics, photographs owned or licensed by Athletes of Life, videos, written materials, program frameworks, training resources, and page design—are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Athletes of Life grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for personal and family informational purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.

You may not use the Athletes of Life name, logo, content, or materials to imply endorsement, create a competing product, train an automated system, sell copied materials, or publish modified versions without written authorization, except where applicable law permits the use.

12. User Materials and Feedback

You retain ownership of materials you lawfully submit, such as messages, documents, video links, photographs, or feedback.

You grant Athletes of Life a limited permission to host, review, copy, organize, and use submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, evaluate or provide the requested service, maintain records, protect participants, or comply with law.

This permission does not authorize public promotional use of a minor's name, image, voice, story, or testimonial. Promotional use requires a separate appropriate authorization.

If you voluntarily provide general suggestions about the Site or programs, Athletes of Life may use those suggestions to improve its services without an obligation to compensate you. This does not include permission to publish a personal testimonial or confidential information.

13. Photos, Recordings, and Publicity

Participation in a program does not automatically provide Athletes of Life with permission to use an athlete's image, voice, story, or testimonial for public promotion.

When public or promotional use is requested, Athletes of Life will use a separate media authorization. Declining optional promotional media authorization will not by itself prevent participation.

Private recording for program delivery, safety, or replay access may be governed by a separate recording consent and program agreement.

14. Links to Other Websites

The Site may link to colleges, clubs, governing organizations, academic providers, social platforms, maps, scheduling services, or other third parties. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily mean that Athletes of Life endorses or controls the third party.

Athletes of Life is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, security, content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party sites.

15. Website Availability and Changes

Athletes of Life may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue any part of the public Site. We do not promise that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available on every device.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing display errors, broken links, or outdated information. Material program commitments already accepted in a signed agreement remain governed by that agreement.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the public Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Athletes of Life does not make warranties about uninterrupted access, error-free operation, third-party services, recruiting outcomes, or the completeness of general informational content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Athletes of Life will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the public Site, including loss resulting from reliance on general Site information or the independent conduct of third parties.

This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited and does not replace any liability, assumption-of-risk, insurance, or waiver terms that may appear in a separately signed program agreement.

18. Safety and Reporting

If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. Concerns involving suspected child abuse, abandonment, or neglect should be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Athletes of Life prohibits retaliation for a good-faith safety report. Please review the Community Guidelines for additional information.

19. Suspension or Restriction

Athletes of Life may restrict or terminate access to the Site or an interactive feature when reasonably necessary to address:

• a violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines;
• a safety or privacy risk;
• fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, or interference;
• a legal obligation or request from an appropriate authority.

Program termination, payment consequences, or refunds are governed by the applicable program agreement.

20. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Athletes of Life collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes personal information. Our Children's Privacy Notice provides additional information about minors.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review those notices.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.

Any dispute relating solely to use of the public Site will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, unless the parties agree to another lawful resolution method or a separate signed agreement provides otherwise.

This section does not create a mandatory arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, or attorneys' fee provision.

22. Changes to These Terms

Athletes of Life may update these Terms as the Site, programs, technology, and legal requirements evolve. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise. Material changes to a signed program agreement require the process provided in that agreement.

23. Severability and No Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later.
